Any Arrowman may complete these awards:
Tipisa recognizes Arrowmen and chapters for a variety of accomplishments. These awards are presented at the annual Lodge Banquet in August, and include:
- Outstanding Service Award (Youth)
- Outstanding Service Award (Adult)
- James E. West Fellowship Award
- Most Dedicated Committee Chairman
- Most Dedicated Committee Adviser
- Most Dedicated Chapter Chief
- Most Dedicated Chapter Adviser
- Most Dedicated Lodge Officer
- Most Dedicated Lodge Officer Adviser
- Most Improved Chapter
- Best All Around Chapter

Founder’s Award Nomination Resources
The Order of the Arrow Founder’s Award was created to honor and recognize those Arrowman who have given outstanding service to their Lodge over a significant period of time. Tipisa Lodge is allowed to recognize one youth and one adult recipient each year at Spring Conclave.
