Web App
Tipisa.org can now be installed as a Progressive Web App. This means Tipisa.org can function like anyother app on your device but using your browser. This can allow for notifications which we use during events to update you on updates or schedule changes. Additionaly, some pages will be able to work offline since the web app also supports caching.
Install – Android (Chrome)
1. With Tipisa.org open in the chrome app. Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corrner.
2. In the menu, click on “Add to Home screen”
3. In the popup, click on “Install”
4. Once Installed, open the tipisa app and click on the bell icon in the bottom right:
5. In the menu click “Subscribe”
5. In the pop-up click “allow” notifications. The installation is now complete!
Install – Apple (Safari)
1. With Tipisa.org open in the Safari app, click on the share button on the bottom bar.
2. Scroll down (swipe up) and click “Add to home screen”
3. In the pop-up click “Add” button in the upper right hand corner
4. Once Installed, open the tipisa app and click on the bell icon in the bottom right:
4. In the pop-up click “Allow,” to allow notifications. Tipisa.org is now fully installed
