Chapters Serving
Serving chapters are to arrive in the dining hall at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the meal. In addition to serving, Chapters will need to provide multiple people to operate the serving line and to take meal counts.
If any Chapter has any questions regarding their responsibilities, they should contact the weekend chairman. The Chapter Chief is responsible for coordinating with the kitchen staff and leading their Chapter members.
Chapters Cleaning
Cleaning chapters are to stay immediately after you have finished your meal. You will need to station multiple individuals in the kitchen taking trays at the dish station in addition to wiping down tables and sweeping the Dining Hall. All remaining Chapter members should assist the kitchen staff in cleaning the trays and bathrooms. If any Chapter has any questions regarding their responsibilities, they should contact the weekend chairman. The Chapter Chief is responsible for coordinating with the kitchen staff and leading their chapter members.
Cracker-barrel
If your Chapter is responsible for serving at a cracker-barrel, please make sure to show up ten minutes early to begin setting out food.

Brotherhood Ceremony Setup
The assigned chapter will be responsible for helping with setting up the Brotherhood ceremony. See ceremonies chair for details.
Flag Ceremonies
The designated chapters will provide a full color guard and will conduct the Saturday opening and closing flag ceremonies.
Friday Night Grill
The assigned chapter will run the Friday Night grill.
Movie Cleanup
The assigned chapter will clean up the Dining Hall after Friday Night activities have concluded.
Scout’s Own Service
The Chapter assigned to Scout’s Own Service will be responsible for putting together and running the Scout’s Own Service prior to the business meeting on Sunday morning.
Shows Setup/Clean-up
The Chapter assigned to shows assistance will need to meet with the Shows Chairman prior to the weekend to find out specific job assignments.
Sink-a-Thon
The Chapter assigned to the Sink-a-Thon will be responsible for coordinating lifeguards. This includes explaining the rules for the event and enforcing them.

The Duel on Mustafar (Tug-of-War)
Sports Field
In this bracket battle on Mustafar you must try to regain the high ground against your opponent. It will be a battle of the Dark Side and the Light. Each chapter is permitted to use 10 youth brothers to pull the opposing team into the mudpit.
The Battle of Kamino – Sink-a-thon
Lakefront
Each chapter’s Advisor and Chief are put into one canoe. Lodge and section leadership will also participate. In every chapter Chief is given a bucket while the Advisor steers the canoe, then it’s a race to see who will sink last. Chapters will fight to sink other chapters’ boats by filling them with water using the bucket. Note: you are not allowed to scoop water out of your boat once it’s in. If your advisor or chief is not present others may step in.
Search for the Sith – Minesweeper
W.T. Bland Dining Hall
- In a 7 by 7 area, Chancellor Palpatine (Sith Lord), has hidden the coordinates to the Sith Holocron.
- You have 10 minutes before you are detected, end of turn.
- There are bombs in every square foot of the area.
- Using a grid system try to help navigate your fellow members of the Order through the minefield without the most devastating injuries.
- Point system
- Start with 100 pts
- Every bomb hit is -20
- Every bomb flagged correctly is +40
- Finding the coordinates is +100
- No bombs detonated is +200
Clone Wars – Capture the Flag
Sports Field
This is a Campwide Capture the Flag game between chapter. You will be assigned a specific color to wear for the weekend. There are certain rules and area restrictions for this game.
- Max of 10 people per team
- Sub-outs mid game are allowed
- Each chapter starts with 1 flag
- Timer is set for 60 minutes
- Each chapter has 2 taggers who can tag opponents and send them to jail
- Taggers will receive bandanas to mark their position
- You can only carry 1 flag at a time
- You cannot pass flags to other teammates
- Chapter with the most flags at the end wins
- There will be a golden flag hidden on the field worth 2 points
- Players in jail will be released periodically
- Players can tag an opponent holding your flag
The Jedi Trials – Trivia
Conference Room
Work with your fellow Jedi Knights in a chapter v chapter competition. With your Brothers, use your well honed battle skills and knowledge on the front lines. Your entire Order will be able to work together to get the highest score. Let us see who knows more about the Force.
Build your own Pod Racer – Cardboard Boat Race
Lakefront
Racers, the time you have been waiting for is about to begin. The Annual Boonta Eve Podrace is approaching swiftly. Work with you brothers and build the most durable podracer you can to last this gruesome event. Your goal in this event is to last the longest afloat on the lake or be the first to the end of the lake dock and back.
Restrictions:
- 4.5 ft, 3 ft, 2, ft (LxWxH maximums)
- At least a ⅓ of your boat must be visible cardboard
- One person must be on the boat in the water
Materials:
- ⅓ of the boat must have visible cardboard showing
- Duct tape
NOTE: USE OF DISQUALIFYING MATERIALS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE WEEKEND CHAIR!!
Jango Fett’s Stealth Training – Clip Competition
Campwide
A bag of color coordinated tracking beacons (Clothes pins) were given to you at the Jedi Council Meeting.
- Try to pin as many of your pins on the back of the sashes of 3 selected Lodge Officers.
- If you are caught placing one, the pin is taken away and can no longer be used.
- At the end of a selected time period, the pins will be collected and added up. The chapter who places the most pins on the Officers will win.
