Lodge Leadership Development Program & Lodge Banquet

Come join your fellow arrormen in classes and seminars taught by some of the best Tipisa Lodge has to offer, and learn about the OA,Leadership, Communication, CEC’s, and much more.  Then, rejoice in brotherhood as we present awards and celebrate the accomplishments of the previous program year, and begin a new year in high spirits.

Fall Fellowship

Tipisa Lodge’s fall gathering offers everything you expect from an OA weekend: games, classes,  seminars,competitions, ceremonies, and more! Experience  with your friends a weekend of fellowship as you and your chapter work toward winning the Golden Arrow. Brotherhood Counseling is offered for those who qualify.

Spring Conclave

The event of the Spring, Spring Conclave is packed with exciting events, including the Vigil Call-Out,  the presentation of the Founders Awards, classes and seminars, ceremony evaluations & coaching,  games, and so much more! Come out and learn a new beading style, practice a grass dance, delve  into the inner meaning of the Ordeal Ceremony, or relax until the Chapter Competitions heat up. This event is not to be missed! Brotherhood Counseling is offered for those who qualify.

Service Weekend

What a better way to give back in cheerful service than service to our local camp:  Camp La-No-Che. This weekend will be full of meaningful tasks to help improve La-No-Che  & prepare it for Summer. Also, serve the Lodge by participating in the Lodge Officer  Elections and voting for the James E. West Fellowship award recipient.  And of course,  Brotherhood Counseling is offered for those who qualify.
